Christian missionaries are alleged to allure for conversion of 42 Muslims into Christian forcibly. The members of Dishari Sangha did it at a village named Gungar under the Kalipur Union that  is under the disposal of Coxbazar district. On the March 29, they brought out protest procession on the streets of the Cox Bazar in protest of the Christian missionaries.

They demanded to withdraw them from the soil of Cox bazar and handed over a memorandum to him.It is alleged that they distributed a book named Kitabul Mukaddas among the locals. While talked Rubel Talukdar, a director of the institution said they are just preaching bible, nothing more than that. Earlier, they are alleged to convert 33 Rohiyga Muslim men and women.

Later the police is informed it. No arrest is made in this regard. It is learnt that Christian missionaries are active to convert Muslims, Hindus here for long years together.
