10 RE Battalion provides financial assistance to Buddhist monastery

The 10 RE Battalion extended financial assistance to Dhanpata Bana Vihar, a Buddhist monastery, in celebration of ‘Buddha Purnima,’ organised by the Rangamati Region.
On Sunday afternoon (May 19), Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Sohel PSC, commander of the 10 RE Battalion, handed over the financial aid to the Vihar’s chief monk.
During the event, he said that the army has been providing financial and other forms of assistance to maintain peace, harmony, and development in the hilly regions.
Mr Sohel assured that this support would continue in the future.
