Arms from neighbouring country end up in KNF hands: Foreign Minister

Foreign Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud has stated that arms originating from a neighbouring country have found their way to the KNF terrorist group.

“The arms used by terrorists in the neighbouring country have reached KNF,” he told reporters on Saturday afternoon (April 6) during a briefing at the WNT Center in Dewanji Pukur Lane area of Chittagong city.

The Foreign Minister emphasised the government’s determination to eradicate the KNF and noted that a comprehensive operation against them is underway.

Earlier in the day, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal addressed the KNF situation after arriving in Ruma, Bandarban by helicopter and announced pincer operation against KNF terrorists.
