Chinese ambassador visits Rohingya repatriation centre in Teknaf

A delegation led by the Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka visited the Keruntali Rohingya Repatriation Center in Teknaf Upazila.
The delegation, consisting of three members, arrived at the Rohingya repatriation Centre in Keruntali on Saturday (May 20) at approximately 1 pm.
The Chinese ambassador to Dhaka, Wen Yao, headed the delegation, accompanied by Jizhia Feng and Chen Jing.
During the visit, they were joined by Additional Commissioner Refugee Relief and Repatriation Khalid Hussain and Camp-In-Charge (CIC) Abdul Hannan from Nayapara Registered Rohingya Camp-25 in Teknaf.
Abdul Hannan, the CIC of Nayapara Registered Rohingya Camp-25, confirmed that the Chinese ambassador had visited the Keruntali repatriation center.
After the visit, he said, the delegation departed for Cox’s Bazar via Marine Drive Road at around 1:30 PM.
