Over 400 receive winter aid from Longadu Army Zone
On the occasion of International Mother Language Day, Rangamati’s Longadu Army Zone, on behalf of the Khagrachhari Region Commander, distributed winter clothing among the needy and underprivileged people.
The distribution took place at 11 am on Thursday (22 February) in the multipurpose shed room of the Longadu Zone, benefiting over four hundred people from both the hill and Bengali communities.
Lieutenant Colonel Himel Mia, PSC, the commander of the Longadu Zone, personally handed out the winter clothing to the attendees.
Major Ahmed Farsad Kabir, the deputy commander of the zone, along with other officers, was also present during the event.
