Army distributes educational materials, winter clothes to students in Bandarban

The Army has distributed educational materials, sports equipment, and winter clothing to students in Rowangchari upazila of Bandarban.

These items were handed out on the morning of Tuesday (February 6th) at the school grounds of Kanaintar Mukh and Lapagai Para in Rowangchari Upazila.

Major M.M. Yasin Aziz, Commander of the Rowangchari Subzone, was present as the chief guest at the event. Also in attendance were local dignitaries, including the village head (Karbari), teachers, and notable members of the community.

During his address, Major Yasin, the Rowangchari Subzone Commander, highlighted the army’s various contributions to the development of education, healthcare, and other sectors in the three hill districts. 

The ceremony concluded with him giving out bags, writing mats, two camera boards, two footballs, and 150 blankets to 30 students from two local neighborhoods.
