Rohingya mother, son held with gold bars in Chattogram

The Rapid Action Battalion, or RAB, has arrested a Rohingya woman and her son in possession of gold ornaments including eight gold bars worth Tk 1.5 crore in Chattogram.
The RAB arrested the Rohingya woman and her son in possession of the gold a drive at Jungle Salimpur in Chattogram’s Sitakunda, Lieutenant Colonel MA Yusuf, Commander of Rab-7, told the media on Saturday noon, July 30, 2022.
